With an increasingly online world, brands can’t rely on being at the tip of peoples’ tongues. They need to be at their fingertips too. We call this fame and findability.  Our digital PR stories bring our clients’ brands one link closer to their potential customers. We work across consumer brands like Rowse Honey, Gousto and Goodyear as well as business orientated firms like Drax (renewable energy), LeasePlan and PPL PRS.

We are digitally led, thrive on original ideas, and we’re growing. Which is why we need another ‘lightning catcher’ to join us. We do things differently. We call our account executives ‘publishers’ and our account directors ‘editors’. They craft narratives and campaigns, working with our in-house content designers, to deliver results across all earned channels (social, digital pr, onsite content, influencers). We prize imaginative, brand-led, emotionally engaging ideas that make our clients’ stories reach further. We don’t use language such as ‘press office’ or ‘reputation management’. We build fame and findability (link-building for SEO) for our clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a senior account executive to work across an exciting range of accounts crossing business and consumer sectors. Your role will include:

  • Fostering lifelong relationships with journalists and managing media pitches

  • Contributing to digital story planning / ideas

  • Working with the creative team on content calendars

  • Supporting with pitching new ideas to clients

  • Creating fast-paced daily reactive content

  • Writing onsite (website) content that will tempt the media to link back to

  • Being a point of contact for clients

  • Managing social media channels and feeding into strategy

  • Influencer engagement and management

  • Supporting junior team members in their development

  • Interpreting results and producing inspiring client reports

No two days are the same: you’ll be developing story ideas, creating social media content with our Creative team, analysing how far your stories have reached and working hard to increase their impact.

The ideal candidate will be creative, intellectually curious and fun to be around. You must have a passion for brand communications in earned media, and have very strong writing skills. You are a digital native and are always on the hunt for new trends and insights that will inspire your clients.

WAYS OF WORKING

In a post-pandemic world, we’ve opted for a ‘3 in, 2 out’ model where you will spend 3 days per week working with the team in our Oxford office and 2 days working remotely from anywhere.
