Giving Cadogan Clinic’s Instagram a facelift
Cadogan Clinic is London’s leading cosmetic clinic, located in the heart of Chelsea and home to the UK’s top dermatologists and plastic surgeons. With a list of high-profile clientele and it’s coveted Sloane Street location, their Instagram wasn’t quite reflecting the top-quality aesthetics that the clinic is renowned for.
In a full social audit, we created a new set of themed content pillars based on industry research and audience insights. Through a reinterpretation of their existing brand guidelines, we established a set of brand codes that would be dominant in the feed and designed a new look for the Instagram feed and stories.
From cold & clinical to warm & inviting
After a refurb of the actual clinic, it became apparent that the Instagram account could also use a bit of a refurb to match the new look. The goal was to pump up the premium by adding an extra touch of discretion and glamour. We did this by limiting the color palette, shifting the industry-specific “before & after” photos off the feed and into Stories, and showing off fresh photos of the new clinic.
Revamps all around
To show off the new look, one of our Creatives spent a day behind-the-scenes at the clinic capturing original photos and videos that reflected the new look location, staff culture, and the beauty of its location in Chelsea. This one day produced enough content for 4+ months of clinic-specific feed posts, stories and reels.
